As of August 1, 2012, any person who receives a citation and is convicted for failure to yield under Wisconsin statute 346.18 will be required to attend a failure to yield right-of-way course. This course can also be completed online!

If your operating privilege is suspended, you will not be eligible to reinstate those privileges until you have successfully completed the failure to yield right-of-way course. This course has been designed to reacquaint you with vehicle right-of-way rules and provide awareness of keeping motorcyclists, pedestrians, and bicyclists safe.
