Flexible Learning Option
Full Online Course
Complete the classroom portion of driver education online with flexible, self-paced coursework. Behind-the-wheel instruction and observation requirements are scheduled separately with Arcade Drivers School.
- 30 hours of online classroom coursework
- Flexible, self-paced learning
- Behind-the-wheel lessons scheduled separately
- Grant covers qualifying driver education tuition
Classroom and Online Option
Hybrid Course
Complete a combination of online coursework and scheduled in-person classroom instruction. You will first select a classroom location and available schedule before continuing with enrollment.
- 10 hours of in-person classroom instruction
- 20 hours of online classroom coursework
- Select a classroom location and schedule
- Behind-the-wheel lessons scheduled separately
What Happens Next
Step 1

Select Full Online or Hybrid based on the classroom format that best fits your student and family schedule.
Step 2
Complete Registration
Enter the student’s information and both Wisconsin DOT grant coupon codes in the secure registration system.
Step 3
Begin Driver Education
Follow the next-step instructions from Arcade to begin coursework and schedule required driving lessons.

Grant Enrollment Reminders
- Apply for and receive grant approval before enrolling.
- Enter both grant coupon codes exactly as shown in the approval email.
- Grant coupon codes expire 9 months after the date of issue.
- Wisconsin DMV permit, road-test, and license fees are not included.
